Thanks for your patience! It might be useful if you share specifications related to the instance you are using. Things like DHIS2 instance version, “javaVersion”, “javaOpts”, “osName”, “osArchitecture”, “osVersion”, “memoryInfo”, “cpuCores”. Can you see any errors in the log? What other info do you think might be helpful to find out what’s the issue?

Is this the first time for you to run this task? If not then how long does it usually take? Thanks!
