The user cannot READ in Organisation Unit

Hi, please i try to import data using Bulk-Load here is the error that o get when i import.

Hi @Ornella

Was the xlsx file manually created or was it exported from Bulk Load? Did you try to use .xls instead of the .xlsx? You could check if you can reproduce this issue on play.dhis2.org.

See if you could get the Network request (F12 DevTools ā†’ Network) that appears after you click on the import. Thanks!

i exported the template from bulk load, the problem was on the OU in the template i put the Organisation Unit name so left that column empty then it works
