I just confirm not that the toolbar of our DHIS2 Instance website is blank. The App menu icon, Message icon, App name everything is blank. What can cause this?
It’s like the UI component and the HeaderBar is down.
I am using 2.40.2 version and it was working before.

What changes could have been done to make it not work? Was a new app installed or a script ran? Could you share a screenshot?
Additionally, please check if when using Guest mode the issue persists: Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help If it doesn’t work on Google Chrome, see if it’s the same on Firefox please.

It happens that we move to new hosting platform. So I checked the log and realize that the error comes from the server reaching maximum database shared usage. As such the sql query stop working. I had to restart the server for the toolbar to return. We are looking at possible upgrade.
