I just confirm not that the toolbar of our DHIS2 Instance website is blank. The App menu icon, Message icon, App name everything is blank. What can cause this?
It’s like the UI component and the HeaderBar is down.
I am using 2.40.2 version and it was working before.
It happens that we move to new hosting platform. So I checked the log and realize that the error comes from the server reaching maximum database shared usage. As such the sql query stop working. I had to restart the server for the toolbar to return. We are looking at possible upgrade.
