Hi there Community!

Hope you all doing well.
Could anyone tell me how can I enable sending email inside Messaging widget of the Tracker Capture App for the users? Which user authorities should be ticket?

May I ask you if the email SMTP server in your instance is already configured?

As for controlling the authorities to who has access to the widget, Iā€™m still asking for support from @tracker-backend! Thanks!

Hi Gassim,

Yes, the server configured and works perfectly fine for the superuser. But I was wondering regarding permissions for the users, so they could send message as well :slight_smile:
