The map app cannot save the background map opacity settings

Map app version 101.2.4，dhis 2.40。 when save the theme map to file , the opacity will lost (after save, refreshing the map).

“Interestingly” here the problem is sort of reversed from the ticket.
The basemap can be toggled on/off but the opacity level is not saved. I am adding this to the ticket.
By all means the cause is the same, this information is not saved with the map.
