Table 'IEDR.minmaxdataelement' doesn't exist

Hi,

In the following DHIS 2 instance is running with the latest WAR file.

Version:
2.10
Build revision:
9146
Build date:
2013-02-07 02:02
User agent:
Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; U; en) Presto/2.10.289 Version/12.02

External configuration directory:
Not set
Environment variable:
DHIS2_HOME
Database type:
MySQL

I noticed that new database created on this application is missing the table IEDR.minmaxdataelement. To fixed this had to create the table manually. Not sure whether this is already been discussed.

Error recorded in the log as:

** at $Proxy72.removeMinMaxDataElements(Unknown Source)
at org.hisp.dhis.minmax.MinMaxDataElementDeletionHandler.deleteDataElement(MinMaxDataElementDeletionHandler.java:66)
