what is the «System monitoring» system setting in 2.26 for? I don’t find anything in the docs (https://docs.dhis2.org/2.26/en/user/html/settings.html)

I’m currently reviewing the System Settings app documentation and have noticed that the “System monitoring” settings aren’t documented. So if you get any answers, could you share the information?

From the source code I see it is some kind of custom monitoring solution for pushing some key system information info to a central monitoring service - eg time of last analytics build etc. I guess Lars can document.
I wonder is there any reason why we don’t just use jmx for this kind of thing?
