We are facing syncing problems after editing information either in the registration form or in a program stage. Having updated the information and clicking on sync, it loops back to the sync message box without actually sending any data to the server.
I think the “Sync error log” page should allow taking a screenshot. Anyway, there is a “share” icon in the top-right corner: click on this icon, select the errors you want to share and click “Share”. If possible, send them in a direct message here to Nancy or to me.
