Syncing fails after editing information

Hi all,

We are facing syncing problems after editing information either in the registration form or in a program stage. Having updated the information and clicking on sync, it loops back to the sync message box without actually sending any data to the server.

It asks: Would you like to send your changes to …? When we click on send, it loops back and back.

Thank you for the report. Is it possible to share the error logs? To do that open the settings menu > Open sync error log

If possible please share android app and dhis2 versions.

The versions of the android App and DHIS2 are: 3.1.1.1 and 2.41.3.

When I try to take a screenshot of the logs, I get the message: can’t take screenshot due to security policy.

Hi @hernandezmachava,

I think the “Sync error log” page should allow taking a screenshot. Anyway, there is a “share” icon in the top-right corner: click on this icon, select the errors you want to share and click “Share”. If possible, send them in a direct message here to Nancy or to me.
