Survey: Big Catch-Up data and DHIS2

Dear Community,

The DHIS2 implementation team is collaborating with UNICEF and HISP groups to support countries using DHIS2 to monitor immunization activities under the global Big Catch-Up initiative (BCU).

Several implementers have reported challenges with collecting quality BCU data, including integrations across BCU digital tools and harmonizing BCU data with routine HMIS reports.

We are seeking to document and understand “real-world” BCU data systems through a 5-minute snap survey.

Respondents should ideally be familiar with how the country is collecting, harmonizing, or reporting BCU data at the (sub-)national level. Please forward to relevant implementers in your network.

Results will inform a technical brief on DHIS2 implementation strategy, system designs, and practical approaches to common technical challenges for the BCU use case.

We will be collecting responses until Thursday, November 27th. Friday December 5th.
