Hi all,
I try to install DHIS2 2.15 to my local laptop, postgres Database. When i double clicked in startup.bat file in tomcat I got the error message like this attached image (ErrorStartUpIntomcat.png). Help me please???
I also set the JRE_HOME(JAVA_HOME), DHIS2_HOME, and CATALINA_HOME to the Environment Variables and the tomcat version is :“apache-tomcat-7.0.54”
