Good day

I just upgraded my DHIS2 to 41.0.1 and everything works fine except fot the standard report which gives error 500 internal sever error. with the root cuase being.

com/lowagie/text/pdf/FopGlyphProcessor

please assist on how to go about this.

Does this happen for all standard reports? What type of report is this HTML or Jasper? Is it possible to reproduce this issue on Login app | DHIS2?

Thanks for the clarification. It looks like there’s an external bug issue in the JasperReports, see here for more details.

Update: so the team fixed the issue and since you are on version 41, you will need to update to version 41.1 when its released. [DHIS2-17378] - Jira
