some query regarding building war file

Dear Sir,

            I have 2 query.

            1. I want to hide the RSS Health and RSS Diseases from Dashbaord page. actually i try but not found from where this two link [come.it](http://come.it) means where written these two ( RSS Health and RSS  )

             2. I want to change the order of modules in services and maintenance according to myself how it possible and  in which file you mention the order of modules for both services  and maintenance .
