There are few issues I have been facing in the event reports section of DHIS2.
Sometimes there are cases when there is an event registered on a particular date in a certain Program for eg Say. 7-1-2023. But when I view it in the event report section of the application, the event is not there. I tried even finding it individually in the list view and it is not there. What might be the reason for it any idea?
Please did you run the analytics tables export? If not then using the Data Administration app → Analytics Tables view, run the export. After that please clear the cache (you can use the Browser Cache Cleaner app.
If you’re still not seeing the registered event in the Events Reports app, please test again using the Line Listing app. If the issue persists, we will need more logs from the Network requests which can be found in the DevTools in Chrome (F12).
@Gassim I could not fine the run analytics tables export as it was as older version of DHIS2 but I found Schedular app where Analytics table job was there. I waited till the job was exectued and then the table was updated and the results started showing.
I wanted to know if there is a way to manually run the analytics job in scheduler without messing with cron scheduler.
I’m not sure I can help much with the older version of DHIS2. Additionally, perhaps the challenge you are facing has already been fixed in later versions so testing in a latest version would be my recommendation. Thanks!
