As you can see in the post Android App 2.0.0 Release is available for Beta testing! @marta announced that the android app 2.0.0 version is available for beta testing.
One of the feature included is SMS Sync. The Android team has worked on some enablers to facilitate the understanding and testing of this feature. For those of you who might be interested in implemeting SMS Sync there are two resources that will help you a lot.
The first one is a document for understanding each part of the system, how they interact with each other and how you can test this feature.
The second is the android app that behaves as a “gateway”. It has been fixed and a small log window has been added to the app so you can see what is actually going on when receiving the SMS and sending it to dhis2 server. Please follow the instructions from the document and github on how to test this.
