If I understand you correctly you want to see the organisation units as series. To get that, open the layout window from the toolbar and drag the “Organisation unit” item from the “Filter” area to the “Series” area. “Data” will then move automatically back to the “Filter” area as you are only allowed to have one item in the series/category areas.
In this case, this will give you another popup telling you that you are not allowed to have indicators as filter. For now, as long as you want organisation units as series and periods as category, you will have to unselect the indicator and select a data element instead (which is allowed as filter).

If you have selected periods, organisation units and data elements: drag and drop periods to series, organisation units to category and data elements to filter. To me it looks like this is what you want.
If you have selected periods, organisation units and indicators: indicators are currently not allowed as filter, so you will have to put periods or organisation units as filter instead for now.

Like i am select period (Last 2 Months) and select 1 OrgUnit at level 2 it show 2 bars on a Chart. Now if i select 2 OrgUnit at level2 it Sums both OrgUnit result. But i want to show both units separately. (Like when we select 2 different indicator it show in sub-bar mode).
Is this possible with Organization units?
