We often get this error when we want to access the instance:
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
What do we need to check whenever this error occurs?

Is this your local instance or one of the demo instances online? If it’s a demo instance would you share the link?
If this is a your instance would you share the complete Catalina.out log (without sensitive/authentication info) because it will contain more detailed to why this error appears?
