Server Location on DHIS2.11 Mobile client

Hi All

I have downloaded the DHIS2.11 mobile client but there is no place for server location. It only shows fields for username and password. I also noticed that when its about to connects, it connects to apps.dhis2.org instead of my
url.

Please shed more light.

The default sever location points to apps.dhis2.org/demo.

The change the server location, you have to set it in the compile time.

Please send me your sever url so i can do it for you.

Also, what could cause Organizational Units not to load datasets asisgned to them on data entry page?

Hi Dayo,

There’re two more things you should check.

  1. Check the user role of your user. Whether or not that user role can acces the dataset.

  2. Check the Dataset for mobile (under Maintenance menu, mobile configuration).

Not for the mobile client now, it is for the normal data entry page and its the super admin account.

As regards the mobile client, does it mean that you will be sending me a mobile client configured for our use?

Even with the superuser I think you have to assign the datasets to the role

Hi Ngo,

Please I am aware that only the v2.11 Mobile J2ME client works with DHIS2. Please I need to bundle my URL into the v2.11 version as it does not provide field for URL. I tried using the v2.16 but it says Cannot Verify Certificate.

Please advise.
