Hello everyone,

Tomorrow, Ibrahim (@Ibrahim.izghari) will be taking us through a session on hosting. He’ll cover topics such as virtualization, cloud compute services, VPS, and dedicated hardware in the cloud, with a particular focus on Proxmox and the range of services it offers.

The topic will be divided into two sessions:

  • Tomorrow’s session will focus on Ibrahim’s hosting setup, including why he chose to use Proxmox with dedicated resources instead of purchasing services like Virtual Private Servers. This will serve as a background and introduction to his approach.
  • The next session will dive deeper into Proxmox itself, exploring the details of his hosting plan and technical configuration.
