Last week, we successfully deployed a distributed DHIS2 environment across multiple virtual machines in a fully automated way. Since the infrastructure is running in a heavily NATed environment, the next challenge is making it securely accessible from the outside.
Tomorrow, we’ll demonstrate how to expose the environment using Cloudflare Tunnels, providing secure end-to-end access without exposing services directly to the internet. We’ll also discuss the different approaches, their trade-offs, and the scenarios where each one is most appropriate.
