Scheduler startup [File resource cleanup] Failure Notification

How can the file resource cleanup failure notification be resolved?
Is it a bug or a configuration issue?

The same failure notifications are currently appearing on both the 2.30 and 2.31 demo instances.

Hi @jomutsani, sorry seeing this now while catching up on the rest of the communications. No I could not resolve it. Been thinking of rebuilding the instance.
