All of my favorites that I had saved for quick data access are no longer available.
On the saved favorites, there is nothing.
What could be the problems?

Sorry to hear that!! Were there any changes made to the instance configuration? User roles? Your user access rights? What are the recent changes that has been made which could affect this?
Do you see any error in the Network tab (browser’s developers tools F12 → Network)? Errors in the catalina log?
