Mark your calendar for the annual gathering of DHIS2 experts, implementers, developers, researchers, and investors from around the globe, hosted by the Health Information Systems Programme (HISP) at the University of Oslo from 21-25 June.
This year was our biggest conference ever, and next year will be even better! The 2020 Digital Annual Conference featured:
- 943 participants from 103 countries
- 200+ different organizations represented
- Ministry of Health delegations from 57 countries
One bright spot in the COVID-19 pandemic was that the pivot to a digital conference format allowed us to welcome many more participants from countries around the world. In 2021 we would love to be able to hold at least some part of the conference in person in Oslo if the coronavirus situation allows, but we also plan to keep the online momentum going so that participation is open to as many people as possible.
We will be opening registration for this event in the new year and will announce that here on the CoP and on our mailing list. And keep an eye out for our call for conference presentation proposals – coming soon!
