Save button of User App is Disable

I have tried to update the information users, but the save button is disabled. on other hand, some other users when I change/update some of things working perfectly.

Thank you for your question! What version of DHIS2 are you using? Could you share an example of what changes you are trying to make to the user profile? It would help to also check the Console and Network tabs in the DevTools (F12) and see if there are any errors.

If by any chance you can reproduce this on any play.dhis2.org instance, please share the steps to reproduce.
