Retrieving Uploaded Files or resources by Organization Units in DHIS2.41

Hello Community,

We working with DHIS2 version 2.41 and need assistance with retrieving all uploaded files based on organization units. These files are uploaded from the program stage of a specific program.

Is there a built-in file manager or any specific method we can use to achieve this? Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!
