When it comes to dashboards, it is important to be aware of the following points:
- make sure that the sharing for the dashboard and the included dashboardItems (charts, eventReports, reportTables, maps) is set up properly. Share the dashboard and its content with a designated User Group.
- make sure that the user is assigned to the designated user group.
- make sure that the user has the right user role and that the user role is set up correctly to allow the user access to the analytics tools.
- Make sure that the cache is cleaned before the user accesses the dashboard.
(1. Data Administration - Maintenance - reload apps, clear application cache, 2. Cache cleaner, 3. Clear Browser Data).
