Request for Urgent Information

Dear Experts,

I hope this email finds you well, I am using Dhis2 2.40.1 with Windows Server 2016 I added zerossl in my server.xml but now the performance goes very slow in local systems accessing through local IPs https.
Please guide us how to increase the performance of the system.

Hi @mohammadayub864

The causes could be different and several to why an instance might encounter performance issues, and the info given doesn’t give enough evidence to the cause. To increase performance, you need to make sure the system is working properly and with the requirements are fulfilled in the system. Maybe test using different services, so is it possible to test a service other than ZeroSSL? Or contact them as to why the certification is taking long?

If you find any errors in the logs, these might also give a hint.

Thanks!

Dear @Gassim ,

I have solved that issue there was a problem in the configuration of tomcat9

if any one using zerossl or paid ssl they have to un comment this section in tomcat available in server.xml add what is included in that.

Secondly

they have to make thier connector as below

Stop server then Start Server the domain name who bought ssl will be secured with https.
