I hope you are well. I am trying to create HTML standard report. Even though I am able to create the report it does not allow me to filter using monthly, quarter, weekly etc. When I select them it unticks them and does not retain their values. I have tried this on multiple report versions and also multiple DHIS2 versions. I am currently trying to run this on v2.40.7 instance and v100.1.0 of the reports app.

We have created a bug here. This seems to be a regression bug as this was fixed before but it re-appeared. Please note that apparently this issue is also present in 42 on play so it is preventing us from any upgrades. @lina @marta can you please tag this with HISP-SA and this would one of the urgent bugs we request support with.
Just as an update here: there has been a fix made to the Reports App such that you can now create reports with selected relative periods and report parameters. You can also edit the report parameters and add new relative periods after the report is created (see the issue https://dhis2.atlassian.net/browse/DHIS2-19815).
There is a remaining issue which is preventing you from removing relative periods once they are assigned to reports. This requires a backend fix which is being tracked with this ticket: Jira
