Hey everyone,
am facing an Error " Sorry, the system failed to execute the operation. Usually no data is lost and you can continue working by going back to the previous page " these occurs when i want to get report in Report Rate Summary … please help

Please mention which version of dhis2 you are using and also provide a screenshort of the error with the console output to see the type of errors you are going through. Also if you have access to the backend, you may provide fresh(Attach) logs from the catalina.out file.
