I followed all the instructions religiously but I am having this error - command not found!
Most likely tomcat directory path you mentioned in the command is incorrect. You should give complete path if you are not under proper directory. eg: sudo -u dhis /home/dhis/tomcat-dhis/bin/startup.sh
