Relationship widget table not displaying relevant values in V42

I am using the below system info

}

I can link the relationship with TEI from two programs but the the relevant attribute data is blank from the the relationship wiget
I also tried in the play environment of V42 (if will show after the linkage but it will disappear if log in again or refresh the page)

The display seems fine in V41
