Regarding Ukrainian Language support in DHIS2

Hello,

We have a need to translate our DHIS2 instance in Ukrainian language, so we have configured both interface and database language to Ukrainian, but still some of the DHIS2 system labels are in English.

Do we have any control on translating these system labels in desired Ukrainian language? We have some labels showing in English in Capture app, like search button, select organization unit etc. labels.

Any help will highly appreciated.

Thanks for pointing this out!

as DHIS2 gets updated, the amount of strings in the UI increases.

We do not maintain 100% translation of UI languages with each release. In fact, it’s countries, organisations and projects implementing DHIS2 in that language, that are contributing with the up-to-date translations of the UI.

however we can support you/your team in addressing your needs.

We use Transifex as a platform for translation and can provide access to translators and guide them when addressing translation of DHIS2 UI.

Can you please guide us on this translation part? How can we use Transifext platform? When adding those remaining translated labels in to this platform, How soon it will be migrated to DHIS2 and what we need to do in order to see them?
