In customizing DHIS2 version 2.14 tracer for leprosy disease surveillance in Sri Lanka. The current paper based Data entry form patient diagnosed Institution captured as a data element. So in DHIS2 where I should put institution ? is it a separate Orgunit or separate patient domain data element with option set of different institution ?
