Program rules not responding on TEI dashboard

Dear team,

I am working with DHIS2 2.30 and recently observed that although the program rules work on the registration page (the stage appears on the registration page), the rules are not responding in the tracked entity instance dashboard.

I wonder if there is a way to test for program rules that are not working properly in the system.

I would appreciate some guidance.

Can you try to replicate this issue on demo here.
If you replicate this issue, then we can create a JIRA issue otherwise an upgrade is necessary.
