Hi James,
I want to send notify by mail/sms through smartphone example. when patient got HIV Test and HIV Test Result is “reactive”, then send notify mail/sms.

Hi @Channara
yes, you can do that which program rules.
if
#{HIV_TEST} == ‘reactive’
then send notification ( in ProgramRuleActionType.SENDMESSAGE )
