Program Not Loading in Tracker Capture

Dears,

I used 2.28 Version to develop a tracker. It worked well initially. After few months, I imported the metadata I backed up (since the system was attacked by malware) and tried to check the tracker capture app for data entry. But the program is not loading - it is all empty. Unless I do searching to, the Org units are also not properly loaded. Please note that … (1) I have imported everything (metadata) perfectly and nothing was ignored. (2) I have assigned roles to the program. (3) I run analytics. And I have cleared the browser cache. (4) It is the same version, 2.28.

Still the program is not appearing.
