Hello All,
I am having an issue with some of my data element category combinations. A couple of my data elements do not pick up the category combinations assigned to them and as a result the data elements are not rendered properly in the section form.
For example i have a data element that has a sex and age dissaggregation but only the age disaggregation comes through.
Please help!

HI Chris,
try to the following:
go to data administration > maintenance > update category option combinations.
go to data administration > cache statistics > clear cache
clear your browser cache completely, and try again.

Is the solution also applicable in the scenario below:
I export a dataset from one instance with the dependencies option, and after the import into an new instance (2.16 - 16487 - 2014-10-02 02:04), i can see the data elements, category-options, categories and the category-combination from the user interface successfully imported.
When I try to open a data entry screen for the dataset, I see the error: ‘Category option combination identifier: **** does not exist’.
From the database, all tables related to the data element category-options / categories / category-combos have data with exception of the following:
categoryoptioncombo
categoryoptioncombos-categoryoption
categorycombos-optioncombos
