we have a problem for viewing category, category combination and data group in maintenance.
In addition, we cannot create a dataset because the combination category displays empty.

These metadata are not appearing in the maintenance app? Did you try to use an ALL authority superuser account?
Where does it appear empty?
What version of DHIS2 are you using? I need as much info as possible to reproduce this on play and debug. If you could get the Network requests when navigating across these issues, it will help. Also, if there’s anything that you can screenshot to give a better idea.
