Problem: No longer able to enter data in a tracker

Hi all,

I have a repeatable stage where data for the first visit was entered in November. Now the user cannot enter data for the second visit. When he/she clicks on the tracked entity, Timeline data entry is blank; it says: No active enrollment. Please enroll from the enrollment widget. Moreover, there are no buttons for adding, scheduling visits, so it is impossible to follow up with patients.

In the tracked entity dashboard, click on the setting button and click on Show/hide widgets

Then tick on Enrolment to show in the dashboard

If the enrolment is available, then you can reopen it

I have clicked on Show/hide widgets and ticked on enrolment, but there is no reopen button.
