Hi, all.

Problem loading event report results

I am trying to export larger chunks of data by doing the following:

  • Open the event reports app
  • Select what I want in the left menu
  • I click the small down-arrow next to the update button, but when I click on download as CSV, nothing happens.

Hello @dmbantu,

In this screenshot, it does not seem like you have clicked updated so the event report is actually loaded.
You have to do that, and Event Reports will download the visible data as CSV.

Please try again and if it still doesn’t work, let me know or give some further steps to reproduce.
Which DHIS2 version is this?
