Problem:: drop down list some options not showing

Hi, everyone.

I have created an attribute combination and attached it to a data set. the attribute combo contains 146 category options assigned to different health facilities, but in all health facilities, it is showing the same three category options before entering data.

For each facility I see the same category options: while I hoped to see different options according to assignment.

I am wondering if any one could help me sort out this problem.

Thank you for your patience! Are you able to reproduce this issue in any of the play.dhis2.org instances? And please, what is the version of the DHIS2 instance you are using?
