In the light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the unfortunate but unavoidable decision to postpone the DHIS2 Annual Conference, which was previously scheduled for 16-19 June 2020. DHIS2 is committed to helping contain the spread of COVID-19, and cancelling large international events such as the Annual Conference is one of the proactive measures recommended by international health organizations.
We hope that we will be able to reschedule the Annual Conference for some point later on in 2020, but we are unable to confirm new dates until we see how the situation with COVID-19 develops. We will continue to assess the situation and plan to share an update in August.
In the meantime we will leave registration open, and extend the deadlines for submission of abstracts and app competition entries. If you are interested in presenting your work to the community, we encourage you to submit! See the Annual Conference website for details.
