The GRID3 Project is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and UKAID. We create highly detailed data at a very local level. This data can then be aggregated to any boundaries such as health facility catchment areas, health zones, districts etc. We also provide both on the job and in the classroom data use capacity building. We may have already created highly detailed datasets for your country. For example, we have created settlement extents for over 40 countries in Africa, which for the first time puts even the most rural populations on a map. You can use the data for micro-planning, indicators, operations, and much more!
