pivottable download issue - loses orgunit hierarchy

Apologies if this has been reported before, but I can’t seem to download the orgunit hierarchy displayed in the pivot tables when I download to Excel. See the attached that displays the pivot table view, and just below the format of the Excel download file.

Is there some way to send each level of the hierarchy to the Excel download (either as separate columns, or concatenated as in the pivot table display) when the user opts to Show Organisation unit hierarchy in Pivot table Options?

Do I really need to go back to creating a SQL view and linking to an Excel pivot table to produce this table?

Hi Randy,

you are correct. Issue is that the server side code (producing the file downloads) some times takes a bit of time to catch up with new features on the web client (web pivot module). I will look into it right away.

Thanks Lars. This is a great new feature in the web pivot table module for 2.13!

Hi Randay,

this fix has now been done in trunk (development version). It became a rather large fix which turned out not so easy to backport to 2.13, sorry about that. It will be part of version 2.14 which is out very soon.

cheers
