Pivot tables: custom dimensions disappear when searching indicators

Hi all,

we have found an issue in pivot tables and visualizer. When searching
for an indicator using the search bar, the content of custom
dimensions disappears.

This issue can be easily replicated in demo server:

- In pivot tables, search for an indicator (for example, write "ANC"
in the search bar).
- While the search is active (ANC is written in the search bar), the
content of custom dimensions is not shown (for example, Donor
dimension).
- If you close the search, the content of custom dimensions comes back.
