Pivot Table Module Selections not showing

I think I might have found another bug in 2.11 when selecting what
data elements / indicators / reporting rates to add to a pivot
table. As with charts, when selecting the data there should be two
lists - the left hand one with the possible options and a right hand
one with the selections made. On my local server and on
there is no
right hand list (selected). The system works - can add a data
element and create a pivot table, but then there is no way to
deselect as the list is not visible.
Hope that is clear - happy to send some screenshots.
Cheers
Dan

Thanks Dan. Must be a UI glitch. Works on chrome here. Can you please post operating system, browser, version and a screenshot?

Seems to be Firefox specific - same behaviour whether Win or Linux
OS with FF versions 17.0.1 and FF 19.0. Will try and use Chrome!

Here is a screenshot from my Linux box with FF19....

Hi Dan, the “selected” box drops to the next line right below the “available” box as FF seems to misrender them slightly (this is probably my fault, but I prefer to blame the browser).

Damn you Firefox!!!

Jan you may be best placed to answer my next question - how do you

set the size that point data should be displayed when using a
pre-defined legend set in the GIS module? To explain a bit more - if
I display some health facility data using an automatic legend I can
change the size. If I then switch to a pre-defined legend set the
sizes are retained. Is there anyway to associated these sizes with
the pre-defined legend set? I realise I can switch to automatic,
change the size, update and then change back to the pre-defined, but
it seems a bit of a long way round…

True, there is no other way to that atm. A fixed point size option for each legend in a predefined legend set would be useful?

I think it would be as it would allow users to consistently apply
the same legends to allow easy comparisons between maps. The current
system also doesn’t seem very intuitive to my mind.

One other question - I can't find a way to assign the ability to a

user to create a legend set - have I missed something obvious?

Cheers

          I think it would be

as it would allow users to consistently apply the same
legends to allow easy comparisons between maps. The
current system also doesn’t seem very intuitive to my
mind.

One other question - I can't find a way to assign the

ability to a user to create a legend set - have I missed
something obvious?

True, there is no other way to that

atm. A fixed point size option for each legend in
a predefined legend set would be useful?

Jan you may be best placed to answer my next

question - how do you set the size that
point data should be displayed when using a
pre-defined legend set in the GIS module? To
explain a bit more - if I display some
health facility data using an automatic
legend I can change the size. If I then
switch to a pre-defined legend set the sizes
are retained. Is there anyway to associated
these sizes with the pre-defined legend set?
I realise I can switch to automatic, change
the size, update and then change back to the
pre-defined, but it seems a bit of a long
way round…

seems to misrender them slightly
(this is probably my fault, but I
prefer to blame the browser).

think I might have
found another bug
in 2.11 when
selecting what
data elements /
indicators /
reporting rates to
add to a pivot
table. As with
charts, when
selecting the data
there should be
two lists - the
left hand one with
the possible
options and a
right hand one
with the
selections made.
On my local server
and on http://apps.dhis2.org/demo/dhis-web-pivot/app/index.html
there is no right
hand list
(selected). The
system works - can
add a data element
and create a pivot
table, but then
there is no way to
deselect as the
list is not
visible.
