Hi all,
What is the core difference between person and case in DHIS 2 tracker programs? I would be happy if some examples are given.
Thanks

Hi @fernando
It’ll help if you share the context; however, mainly if the ‘person’ or ‘case’ is the Tracked Entity Instance (TEI), it will indicate different focus on which attributes are collected.
For instance, if the TEI is person then First Name, Last Name…etc are probably important attributes, but if the TEI is ‘case’ then maybe they don’t need first name and last name but require other ‘trackable’ attributes such as ID number.
Could you clarify and give the question more context so we could look for better examples?
Thanks!
