Permission rights for using Apps

Hi
We are testing an app which is visible and usable from users having the rights to install the app. However, it does not show up for users with lower levels of access rights on the server, version 2.21.
How can we open it for all users?
We have tried to add the following
"installs_allowed_from" : ["*"]
in the manifest.webapp file, but it had no effect on the visibility of the app.

Hey Jens,

There is an authority created for each app that will allow you to control who has access to that app.

In the user role management you can give the access to see those apps. See the last 2 authorities in the screenshot, those are app authorities. Hope that helps :wink:
