Hi! I referred some TEI permanently from one OU to another but users in the destination can see the List of transferred TEI in their OU but cannot administer them. When trying to open them a blank page appears.

In order to see and get control all of your TEIs, you should do ownership transfer as well. For this use Postman or similar software and use this API point:
your_domain/api/tracker/ownership/transfer?trackedEntityInstance=TEI_ID&program=PROGRAM_ID&ou=NEW_OU_ID
