I am using dhis2.33.6
The Issue is the Number of OrgUnits (PHC) (Specifically) in the Group is not the same Number when I generate the same report using OrgUnits Report. So the reporting rates are affected for (PHC) nor hospitals and PHU
What is UR advice .

Thank you for sharing this challenge! Did you try to use the Cache Cleaner App? When you use the API to list the organization units are you able to find the same number? For example, in play.dhis2.org I did this: https://play.dhis2.org/2.37.0/api/29/organisationUnits?maxLevel=3
