Organisation Units are not showing

Dear Team,

I have created an instance running version 2.40 and successfully imported Organization Units into it. However, when attempting to create a dataset, I encountered an issue where I cannot see the Organization Units in order to assign them to the dataset. It has come to my attention that a number of other individuals are facing the same challenge.

I am seeking a solution to this matter and would appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving it.

if it’s a root orgunit and it’s a fresh installation you probably need to grant your user access to the orgunits

see the user management app > user list > edit your user
assign the orgunits and save
